These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and SOMNIARE LLC, the owner and operator of SlabDex.
By accessing or using SlabDex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SlabDex provides card scanning, identification, pricing, collection management, and AI grading tools for trading card collectors. Pricing data is provided for informational purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, reverse engineering, distributing malicious content, or violating any applicable laws.
SlabDex and its content, features, and functionality are owned by SOMNIARE LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
SOMNIARE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SlabDex at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms.
SlabDex offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Pokémon and all related names, characters, and trademarks are property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. Grading company names (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, TAG, ACE, HGA) and marketplace names (eBay, TCGplayer) are trademarks of their respective owners. SlabDex is an independent collection and pricing tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All pricing data is provided for informational purposes only.
