SlabDex is operated by SOMNIARE LLC. References to "SlabDex," "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy mean SOMNIARE LLC.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and card collection data. We also collect usage data automatically, including device information, log data, and analytics.
We use your information to provide and improve SlabDex services, including card scanning, pricing, and collection management. We may also use your data for analytics, customer support, and to send important service updates.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Card images and collection data are stored in secure cloud infrastructure.
Camera — Used when you scan cards or run AI pre-grade capture. Photos are processed to identify the card and retrieve market pricing. We do not access your camera unless you open the scanner.
Photo library — Used when you choose an existing photo instead of taking a new picture. SlabDEX only reads the image you select; we do not browse your library.
Notifications — Optional. If enabled, we may send price alerts, collection updates, and essential service messages. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
We use third-party services for payment processing (Apple In-App Purchase), push delivery, card pricing data, and cloud hosting. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and only as needed to operate SlabDEX.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@slabdex.net. You can also delete your account from Profile > Delete Account within the app.
SlabDex does not use third-party advertising trackers and does not track you across other apps or websites. The anonymous usage analytics we collect are used only to improve the app, never to build an advertising profile.
Pokémon and related trademarks are property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. Grader and marketplace names (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, TAG, ACE, HGA, eBay, TCGplayer) belong to their respective owners. SlabDex is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
